Payments for purchases at PleasureDept are handled for BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED. We currently offer Online Payment through Airwallex. The payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Review the currency, order total and payment details before confirming payment.
Complete any verification requested by your payment provider.

Currency and Charges

The currency and total payable amount are displayed at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees under its own terms.

Payment Security

Enter payment information only in the secure checkout or the selected payment provider's payment page. Never send your full card number, security code, online banking password or payment account password by email, contact form or live chat.

We do not request payment through unrelated websites or personal payment accounts.

Payment Problems and Order Confirmation

After a successful order, we send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If you believe you were charged without receiving a confirmation, contact us before attempting another payment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after processing for a refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
