This Privacy Policy explains how BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED, operating PleasureDept (“PleasureDept,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit pleasuredept.com, shop with us, contact us, use live chat, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with PleasureDept.

01 Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to personal information processed by BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED in connection with PleasureDept. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that operate under their own privacy policies.
PleasureDept is powered by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers may process personal information in connection with your use of the store, as described below.

02 Adult-Only Audience
PleasureDept sells adult toys and intimate products and is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the store or place an order.

PleasureDept is hosted on Shopify.
