These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PleasureDept, including pleasuredept.com, and your purchase of products from our online store. PleasureDept is operated by BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED (“PleasureDept,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them.

01 Eligibility and Adult-Only Use
PleasureDept sells adult toys and intimate products intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction to purchase and use the products offered on the site.
By using PleasureDept or placing an order, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update product information at any time.

04 Orders and Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, payment or fraud concerns, suspected misuse, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will arrange a refund of the amount collected for the cancelled items.

05 Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be shown at checkout when required.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the payment method you submit for your order. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer or location.

06 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and charges are presented on the site or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly say otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of delay or loss may increase when incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information is supplied.
International orders, where available, may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes, inspections, or local restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

07 Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and any product-specific return restrictions are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy displayed on PleasureDept. Certain intimate products may be subject to return restrictions for hygiene or safety reasons where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

08 Promotions, Discounts, and Offers
Promotional codes, discounts, gifts with purchase, and other offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law, including where fraud, misuse, or a technical error affects the offer.

10 Reviews, Feedback, and Other Content
If PleasureDept allows you to submit reviews, photos, comments, feedback, or other content, you remain responsible for what you submit. Your content must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and must not infringe another person’s rights or include unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material.
By submitting content for publication, you grant BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting PleasureDept, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary.

11 Intellectual Property
The PleasureDept name, site design, graphics, text, logos, icons, photographs, and other site content are owned by or licensed to BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from site content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

12 Prohibited Uses
You may not use PleasureDept to engage in unlawful activity; violate another person’s rights; submit false or fraudulent orders; interfere with the security or operation of the site; introduce malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; scrape or harvest data at scale; impersonate another person; or misuse promotions, reviews, customer support, or payment processes.
We may suspend access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action when we believe misuse, fraud, abuse, or a legal violation has occurred.

13 Third-Party Services and Links
PleasureDept is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, customer support, email, advertising, and other store functions. Some features may take you to third-party websites or services.
Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, except to the extent required by law.

14 Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the PleasureDept Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and by service providers involved in operating the store.

15 Disclaimer of Warranties

Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

16 Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

17 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

18 Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, natural disasters, severe weather, utility or internet failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, customs delays, public health emergencies, or similar events, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19 Changes to PleasureDept and These Terms
We may update, suspend, or change features, products, prices, or content on PleasureDept. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law.
Your continued use of PleasureDept after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

20 Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure by BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED concerning your use of PleasureDept.

21 Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live or where a transaction occurs are not waived by these Terms.
Because BRIGHTBRIO LIMITED may serve customers in more than one jurisdiction, the specific law and forum applicable to a dispute may depend on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
